Return Policy

• 15 Day EXCHANGE ONLY. Extended for the holiday season till Jan 15, 2010. No Refunds!
• No REFUND on shipping and handling charges.
• You are responsible for ANY/ALL shipping charges on ANY exchange items going to & from Physique Bodyware. Your credit card will be charged for all exchange items. No exceptions! See shipping rates.
• 24 hour notification on any garment damages/wrong sizes, colors or shortages, upon receipt of shipment by phone or email. No exceptions!
• You must call for authorization on exchange items! Insure all returns.
• Your authorization number must be on the outside of package. Cartons will be refused if return authorization # is not posted outside of return carton. No exceptions!
• All returns must be in original packaging / bags.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Colors, fabrics, sizes & styles may vary without notice.
• NOTE: A $8.00 address correction fee will be billed to your credit card for any missing or misspelled address information.
• Sorry no personal checks or C.O.D. orders.
• We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Certified Checks and Money Orders.
• International orders must be paid via U.S. funds, bank wire transfer only. International orders shipped via USPS, up-to 10-15 days for delivery.
• No exchanges/returns on posing suits / undergarments.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• International Orders: Customers liable for any & all customs, tax and brokers fees.
• Refused orders will be charged shipping going both ways plus a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions!
• NOTE: For your security, we only ship to your billing address. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address please list it with your bank/card company.
• No Exchange No Refund On WORN, LAUNDERED, STAINED Items or items smelling of CIGARETTE SMOKE or PERFUME!
